The day begins. Sleep is a wonderful refresher.
Driving… driving… driving…
Another 650 kilometers of road travelled and scenery slipping by in a 100kph cruise controlled blur.
The hours of silent company… a few podcasts of sermons… a little music… and a lot of contemplation.
Unwinding on winding roads.
Delight in nature… the green of the grass, the hills lining the horizon, streams awash with flowing water and clarity whilst in the mist of rain.
It is amazing how chatting quietly with God, while His creation plays out before your eyes, is so refreshing for the soul.
Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.
Psalm 116:7
