Where are we on Yehovah’s Timetable?

Man’s Days will be one hundred and twenty years.

Genesis 6:3 NIV
Then the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty yearsH8141.”

The word “years” here is Shanah (shâneh) which means cycles of time.

H8141 [Strong’s] שָׁנָה    שָׁנֶה  shâneh    (shânâh shaw-neh’, shaw-naw’) Definition: (The first form being in plural only, the second form being feminine); from H8138; a year (as a revolution of time): –    + whole age, X long, + old, year (X -ly).
[AHLB] H) Ens (שנה ShNH) ac: ? co: Two ab: ?: A repeating of the first or what was before.

hm) Ensm (םשנה MSh-NH) – I. Double: II. Second: [freq. 35] |kjv: second, double, next, college, copy, twice, fatling| {str: 4932}
sf3) Tfnins (שנינןת Sh-NY-NWT) – Again: A second time. [Aramaic only]  [freq. 1] |kjv: again| {str: 8579}

From this understanding that Shanah (shâneh) means cycles of time, we can know that Yehovah has given mankind 120 Cycles of time, or 120 Jubilee Cycles.

120 Jubilee Cycles

I have laid out 120 Jubilee Cycles from Adam down to our time now in the document: Sabbatical_Jubilees_Calendar.pdf

This is the full Sabbatical Jubilee & Gregorian aligned Calendar from Year 1 when Adam was born to the end of the 6th Millenium – the 120 Cycles of time.  It is recommended to start at the last Page at the BOTTOM, Jubilee Cycle 1, and scroll up through the Cycles noting key days and comments – all of which you may verify for yourself.  On the LEFT-HAND Side column, you will see the Gregorian Calendar and on the RIGHT-HAND Side is the Biblical Calendar.

When we understand that each Jubilee cycle is 49 years, we can then do some simple math to know that Yehovah has given mankind 120 X 49 or 5880 years, which are the six millennial days of mankind. This is revealed to us each and every week through the six days we do our work on and then rest on the seventh day, Sabbath, from sunset Friday evening to sunset Saturday evening.

The weekly Saturday Sabbath represents the 7th millennium we all want to be a part of, which Hebrews also warns us to strive to be in.

A Rest for the People of God

Hebrews 3:7-19 NIV
So, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear his voice,
(8)  do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion, during the time of testing in the desert,
(9)  where your fathers tested and tried me and for forty years saw what I did.
(10)  That is why I was angry with that generation, and I said, ‘Their hearts are always going astray, and they have not known my ways.’
(11)  So I declared on oath in my anger, “They shall never enter my rest.'”
(12)  See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
(13)  But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
(14)  We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first.
(15)  As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.”
(16)  Who were they who heard and rebelled? Were they not all those Moses led out of Egypt?
(17)  And with whom was he angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the desert?
(18)  And to whom did God swear that they would never enter his rest if not to those who disobeyed?
(19)  So we see that they were not able to enter, because of their unbelief.

Hebrews 4:1-13 NIV
Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.
(2)  For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith.
(3)  Now we who have believed enter that rest, just as God has said, “So I declared on oath in my anger, “They shall never enter my rest.'” And yet his work has been finished since the creation of the world.
(4)  For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words: “And on the seventh day God rested from all his work.”
(5)  And again in the passage above he says, “They shall never enter my rest.”
(6)  It still remains that some will enter that rest, and those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not go in, because of their disobedience.
(7)  Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was said before: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.”
(8)  For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day.
(9)  There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God;
(10)  for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his.
(11)  Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.
(12)  For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
(13)  Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

Compare the Millennial week to the seven-day week we experience each week where the 1st Millennial Day equals Sunday, 2nd equals Monday, through to the 7th Millennial Day is the Sabbath, Saturday.

These are the years counting from Creation:

49 Millennial Week since Creation

49 Millennial Week since Creation

These are the same years when the Gregorian Calendar is applied:

49 Millennial Week based on the Gregorian Calendar

49 Millennial Week based on the Gregorian Calendar

Do you realise just how close we are to the 7th millennium, yet?

The previous chart shows both the counting of the cycles of years from year 1 of creation (first table) and the modern Gregorian years (second table). Dating the scriptures is made easy because of the fact that two Sabbath years occur in a row at the end and beginning of these 49-year Jubilee cycles. Two such “Sabbath year followed by a Jubilee sabbath year” events are directly mentioned in scripture.

2500 years after creation, or 1337 BC (the year Joshua entered the promised land):

Leviticus 25:2-4 MKJV
Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath to Jehovah.  (3)  You shall sow your field six years, and you shall prune your vineyard six years, and gather in the fruit of it.  (4)  But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest to the land, a sabbath for Jehovah. You shall neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard.

3136 years after creation, or 701 BC (Hezekiah is given knowledge of the Jubilee year as a sign):

2 Kings 19:29 MKJV
And this shall be a sign to you: you shall eat this year such things as grow of themselves, and in the second year that which springs up of the same. And in the third year, sow and reap and plant vineyards and eat the fruits of them.

So, why is the 120 Jubilee Cycles of Time divided into two blocks. One of 50 & the other 70?

The prophet Daniel tells us this when he was told that 70 cycles of time would follow from the time since Moses was commanded at the burning bush which occurred at the end of the first 50 cycles of time. Therefore 120 = 50 + 70.

Daniel 9:24-26 MKJV
Seventy weeks are decreed as to your people and as to your holy city, to finish the transgression and to make an end of sins, and to make atonement for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.
(25)  Know therefore and understand, that from the going out of the command to restore and to build Jerusalem, to Messiah the Prince, shall be seven weeks, and sixty-two weeks. The street shall be built again, and the wall, even in times of affliction.
(26)  And after sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself. And the people of the ruler who shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. And the end of it shall be with the flood, and ruins are determined, until the end shall be war.

I will explain in a later post those 7 weeks and 62 weeks that add up to 69 weeks, or 69 Jubilee cycles, which ended in 1996 A.D. – and the significance of that!

Right now, it is important to note that after these 120 Jubilee Cycles are complete, sin will come to an end, reconciliation will be made for iniquity (lawlessness/torahlessness), and everlasting righteousness will be brought in.

The 7th millennial day will be a time of true peace on Earth.

Today, we are in the 70th Jubilee Cycle!

Jubilee Cycle 70How have I applied the Prophetic Timetable?

Firstly, regardless of your stance on Pre-Tribulation, Mid-Tribulation, Post-Tribulation you would agree that it all has to conclude before the End of the 6th Millennium so that we enter into “God’s Rest” in the 7th Millennium.

I maybe right, I maybe wrong in applying, to the Sabbatical/Jubilee Calendar, the prophetic timelines given to us around the Feasts in Leviticus 23.

  1. Passover (Pesach)
  2. The Feast of Unleavened Bread (Chag HaMatzot)
  3. Pentecost (Shavuot; Feast of Weeks or Oaths)
  4. Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah)
  5. Day of Atonement (Yom Kipper)
  6. Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot)
  7. Feast of The Last Great Day (8th Day) (Shemini Atzeret)

These Feasts are clearly Yehovah’s Salvation Plan laid out before us.

In Matthew we read:

Matthew 5:17-18 MKJV
Do not think that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to destroy but to fulfill.  (18)  For truly I say to you, Till the heaven and the earth pass away, not one jot or one tittle shall in any way pass from the Law until all is fulfilled.

It is clear the Yeshua (Jesus) came to fulfil the Law (Torah).  We know two things:

  1. He fulfilled the first 3 Feasts: Passover (He was the Passover Lamb), He had no sin in Him (He was the Unleavened bread, The Bread of Life) and Pentecost where the disciples waited 50 days for the Holy Spirit.
  2. It is also made clear in Matthew 5:18 MKJV: “Till the heaven and the earth pass away, not one jot or one tittle shall in any way pass from the Law until all is fulfilled
and it hasn’t yet, so the remaining prophetic Feasts are yet to be fulfilled.

On this basis, let’s work backwards in the Feasts timeline:

  1. Knowing that 2045A.D. is the Jubilee Year and the beginning of the 7th Millennium, this is the 8th Day Feast which is celebrated in Month 7, Day 22.
  2. Then taking Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) celebrated in Month 7, Day 15-21, we count back 6 years, 2044-2038A.D.
  3. Day of Atonement (Yom Kipper) celebrated in Month 7, Day 10, we count back to 2033A.D.
  4. Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah), also known as the 10 days of Awe, is celebrated in Month 7, Day 1, we count back to 2024A.D – this period is known as the 10 Years of Awe.
