Born on December 1st, 2015 at 8:32pm. Weighing in at 7lb (3.2kg) and already 45cm from head to all 10 toes. Mum & Dad are elated and not so surprisingly, a little tired.
Arkyn is an ancient Norse name and means “Eternal King’s Son” or “Son of the Eternal King“. What a marvellous prophetic declaration.

Children’s children are a crown to the aged, and parents are the pride of their children.

A crown. I can hardly begin to describe the overflow of joy, delight, exhilaration, wonderment and the gratefulness to the Lord who has chosen to bless Ethan and Jessica with parenthood.
To see one’s children’s children is indeed held deep within the heart and is manifested with a knowing, proud smile only known to that of a Grand Parent. Ha! I’m a Grandpa!
